This recipe is one of Gina’s favorite.

Aunt G's Note:  This is a vegetarian recipe. You can replace the FriChik with shredded chicken, if you like.  But I love it with the FriChik.

Cooking With Mom

We're starting out with Cooking With Mom for 3 reasons:

1.  I can't believe I don't have Cooking With Mom listed im my first blog post.  It was late, I was tired, couldn't read my own notes, you get the drift.

2.  Mom was important in our lives.  We all miss her very much.  I think, for her, making this cookbook was a labor of love and she wanted to give us all something to remember her by.  We remember her for many other wonderful reasons as well, but she was famous for her cooking.  Love ya Mom!

3.  My brother, James, has done most of the work for me by having these recipes in html format already.  Thanks Jamie.  This makes this sooo much eaiser!  As I post these recipes, I hope to learn how to list them under Cooking with Mom so that you can go back to these recipes any time you need just by clicking on the Cooking with Mom tab.  I may post several tonight.  We'll see.

Get your bib on!

Important Things

I decided to start a blog. I have all these ideas flying around in my head.
Interesting thing happened.
As soon as I had the blog page ready, the ideas were gone.
Lesson number one: Write blog post ideas down as soon as you think of them.

I want this blog to be about important things in my life. Such as:

Family (Yes, it's true! I claim them all).

Life with Twins (that should scare ya!).

Scrapbooking

I'm a craft-aholic. I admit it. It's all true. I have enough cross stitch/embroidery thread for 10 people (or more). And don't get me started on the scrapbooking supplies. It's outrageous. I have a new rule about buying scrapbook supplies: I have to use up what I have. What does this mean? I'll never buy any more scrapbook stuff. Ever. ((sigh)) Right. Like that'll happen! I did just clean out my stained glass, ceramic and floral arranging supplies. I have to cut back some place to have room for all the scrapbooking and stamping supplies! Which brings me to the next important thing:

Home Organization

Because I really need that. I mean I really, really need that. Remember. Scrapbooking. Life with twins. Enough said.

More to follow soon. I hope.
